Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI lived here for two years back when it was still Sutton Place. Since the management company changed, this has become one of the best apartments near MICA.
The building has a large swimming pool and a brand-new gym, and the staff are very friendly, especially toward MICA students.
Mr. Larry deserves special praise — he’s one of the kindest people I’ve met. My mom, who doesn’t speak English, once got stuck in the elevator, and Larry still understood her and helped her out right away. He also notices when residents haven’t picked up their packages in a while, and sometimes even delivers them straight to your door.
